Abstract
On the morning of January 16th, the centralized commencement and completion ceremony for the first batch of major projects in Liuyang City in 2026 was grandly held at the Jiudian Innovative Drug Research and Intelligent Production Base project. A total of 142 projects were launched or completed citywide this time, with the Jiudian new base serving as the main venue, demonstrating the high importance and recognition that Liuyang City and the industrial park attach to the company's development.

The event was launched with the announcement of the centralized commencement and completion of projects by Mr.Xiao, Standing Committee Member of the Changsha Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Liuyang Municipal Party Committee. Mr.Wang , Deputy Secretary of the Liuyang Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, attended and delivered a speech.Liuyang municipal leaders Mr.Qiu, Mr.Qin, Mr.Meng, Mr.Xie , Mr.Deng, Mr. Peng, and Mr.Sun, among others, witnessed the event. At the event,Mr.Yang, General Manager of the company and representative of the project unit, detailed the core highlights and strategic significance of Jiudian Pharmaceutical's innovative drug research and intelligent production base project. This project, meticulously built to ensure the smooth progress of the company's innovative drug projects, is a modern innovative drug industrial platform integrating R&D, pilot production, and industrialization. Covering an area of 52.97 acres with a total construction area of over 84,000 square meters, it will include an innovative drug research center, pilot production workshops, technology transfer workshops, and supporting facilities such as warehousing and logistics. Upon completion and operation, the project will significantly enhance the company's core competitiveness in innovative drug R&D and high-end manufacturing, injecting new momentum into the company's and the local economy.
Mr.Meng, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Liuyang Economic Development Zone, fully affirmed the important significance of the projects that commenced and were completed at this event, particularly pointing out that the Jiudian Pharmaceutical project is a vital force in promoting the industrial upgrading of the park. He stated that the Economic Development Zone will fully optimize its services to ensure the smooth construction of the project.
In his speech, Mr.Wang, Deputy Secretary of the Liuyang Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, emphasized the crucial role of major projects in economic development, highly praised the achievements of this concentrated commencement and completion of projects, and placed high hopes on projects from companies such as Jiudian Pharmaceutical.
