Abstract
On January 15th, Jiudian Hongyang welcomed a group of energetic visitors. Mr.Ma , Party Branch Secretary of the Department of Chemical Engineering, School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Central South University, along with Ms.Xiao, Secretary of the First Party Branch, and Ms.Bai, Secretary of the Second Party Branch, led a group of teachers and students on a visit themed "Understanding the Industry, Connecting with the Future." Mr.Wang , Administrative Director of Jiudian Hongyang, and Mr.Cao, Deputy Minister of Human Resources, warmly received them on behalf of the company. The two sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics such as talent cultivation and industry-academia-research integration.

Through a detailed company introduction, faculty and students from Central South University gained a preliminary understanding of Jiudian Hongyang's development history, core businesses, industrial layout, and corporate culture. They then went to the production line, visiting the modern production lines and various advanced equipment. From raw material processing to finished product output, from automated control to rigorous quality monitoring points, the students witnessed firsthand how chemical engineering principles from textbooks are transformed into large-scale, refined practical production processes, gaining a direct and profound understanding of the rigor and complexity of the pharmaceutical industry. The neatly arranged equipment, standardized operating procedures, and the practice of "green production" also left a deep impression on the faculty and students.

During the interactive session, students, drawing on their own majors and career plans, exchanged views with Mr.Cao, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Department, on issues such as internship opportunities, career development paths, salary and benefits, and specific skill requirements for talent in the industry. Director Cao patiently answered their questions and encouraged students to solidify their professional foundation, actively follow industry trends, and closely integrate theoretical knowledge with engineering practice.
This visit and exchange activity not only provided university students with a valuable window to step out of the campus and engage with industry, but also built a bridge for Jiudian Hongyang to connect with high-quality universities. It is a vivid example of deepening university-enterprise cooperation and achieving collaborative education. At the end of the event, both parties took a group photo, expressing their mutual anticipation for broader and deeper cooperation in talent cultivation, technical exchange, and internships and employment in the future, injecting new vitality into the high-quality development of the industry.
