    On the morning of January 20th, due to the freezing temperatures, ice formed on the ground in several areas, including around the company cafeteria, the main entrance, the area in front of the quality inspection building, and the entrance to the office building, posing a safety hazard to employees. To ensure employee safety and prevent slips and falls, security personnel were deployed at 6:00 AM to conduct concentrated de-icing operations, including spreading salt and shoveling ice. Subsequently, the safety management department joined in, providing full support and quickly and effectively removing the ice from the roads, significantly improving the ground's anti-slip properties and creating safe and unobstructed passageways for employees.
 

Strengthen facility protection to ensure the fire protection system survives the winter.
  The frigid weather also poses a challenge to the safe operation of the company's outdoor facilities, especially the fire protection system. To prevent outdoor fire hydrants and their pipes from freezing due to low temperatures and affecting their emergency use, the Safety Management Department has implemented special "warming" measures for these critical fire protection facilities. Outdoor fire hydrants are covered with specialized insulation materials, essentially like covering them with thick "quilts," effectively insulating them against the low temperatures and ensuring they remain in good standby condition even in extreme weather, thus guaranteeing the company's fire safety.
