Abstract
On January 10, the Jiudian Trade Union Committee held its 2025 annual work conference. All members of the Trade Union Committee gathered to summarize past achievements, plan for the future, and build consensus and pool efforts to promote the high-quality development of the trade union work.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr.Lu , Vice Chairman of the Jiudian Trade Union, led all committee members in a thorough study of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the National Conference on Commending Model Workers and Advanced Workers on April 28, 2025, celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. He emphasized, in light of the century-long history of the Chinese workers' movement, that trade union work in the new era must firmly grasp the theme of "uniting and leading the vast number of workers to comprehensively advance the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation through Chinese-style modernization," and through deepening reform and innovation, continuously enhance the leading, organizational, and service capabilities of trade union organizations, and effectively unify thoughts and actions with the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee.

Mr.Zeng , Director of the Financial Review Committee, delivered the annual financial review report, comprehensively reviewing the income, expenditure, and management of trade union funds, and establishing a standardized and transparent supervision mechanism to ensure the efficient operation of trade union work.
Ms.Liu , Chairperson of the Jiudian Trade Union, comprehensively summarized the trade union's work in 2025, systematically reviewing highlights and achievements from dimensions such as membership development, financial management, welfare protection, cultural and sports activities, and honors and achievements. She also clarified the responsibilities and division of labor of the "Four Committees" (the Trade Union Committee, the Financial Review Committee, the Women Workers' Committee, and the Labor Law Supervision Committee) and each position. Regarding the key tasks for 2026, she proposed focusing on three aspects: first, completing the supplementary work of the Women Workers' Committee and Trade Union Committee members to optimize the organizational structure; second, improving the "Four Committees" system, formulating annual work plans and detailed rules for the division of responsibilities among committee members; and third, promoting full coverage of the employee medical mutual aid plan publicity, expanding policy awareness through methods such as recording special micro-lessons and organizing all members to learn.

Recently, Jiudian Pharmaceutical's industrial workforce development reform work, with its solid achievements and innovative practices, was reported by the *Hunan Workers' Daily*. At the meeting, Chairwoman Ms.Liu focused on interpreting the "1234" industrial reform working method, clearly breaking down the core logic and implementation path of the company's industrial reform. She pointed out that Jiudian's trade union, anchored to the core goal of building a first-class industrial workforce, uses three major projects—ideological strengthening, capacity building, and rights protection—as support to systematically promote a comprehensive leap in the skills, status, role, development space, and team cohesion of industrial workers. Ultimately, this aims to achieve a two-way goal of synchronized employee growth and enterprise development, making industrial reform a powerful tool for activating the enterprise's internal driving force and consolidating the foundation for employee well-being.
At the meeting, Chairwoman Ms.Liu also shared her own experience as a trade union chairwoman, as well as her work in building employee homes and applying for the Hunan Provincial May Day Labor Medal and the National May Day Labor Medal. She emphasized that trade union work must adhere to a correct political stance, always resonate with the overall development of the Party and the country, and take serving employees and the enterprise as its starting point and end point.
During the exchange session, committee members actively offered suggestions on trade union work. Some committee members frankly stated that they would balance their job duties with union affairs, dedicating themselves more deeply to fulfilling their responsibilities in 2026 and fully leveraging their skills. Other members shared their experiences serving employees, believing that they gained a strong sense of value in the process of "doing practical things for employees and solving their problems." Focusing on topics such as "standardized financial management," "innovative activity formats," "promotion and popularization of employee medical mutual aid," and "optimization of employee communication platforms," they put forward a series of constructive suggestions, injecting intelligent momentum into improving the quality and efficiency of union work.
This meeting drew a clear blueprint for the Jiudian Union's work in the new year. The participating committee members expressed their commitment to fulfilling their responsibilities with a higher perspective and more practical measures, jointly promoting union work to a new level, and contributing to building a model union that is "trusted by employees, recognized by enterprises, and praised by society."
