On December 10th, Jiudian Pharmaceutical successfully held the fourth session of the fourth Employee Representative Congress. The meeting was hosted by Ms. Liu, Chair of the Jiudian Pharmaceutical Trade Union, and took place in two locations, the Jiudian Headquarters and the Jiudian Production Center. The event was conducted in a hybrid format, combining both online and offline participation. A total of 95 employee representatives attended, fulfilling their democratic management responsibilities. During the session, the Employee Representative Directors of the fourth board of directors were elected, and 15 human resource management regulations were reviewed and passed unanimously. These measures aim to standardize labor management, safeguard employee rights, and lay a solid foundation for energizing the team.

Following the "Jiudian Pharmaceutical Employee Representative Director Election Measures" and the guidelines from the All-China Federation of Trade Unions on strengthening employee director and supervisor systems in corporate enterprises, the Trade Union Committee recommended two candidates for the employee representative director position. During the meeting, representatives carefully listened to the candidates' introductions, gaining a thorough understanding of their qualifications and professional backgrounds. An anonymous online vote was held, resulting in Mr. Lu being elected as the Employee Representative Director of the fourth board of directors by a majority vote.
