On January 15th, Jiudian Hongyang welcomed a group of energetic visitors. Mr.Ma , Party Branch Secretary of the Department of Chemical Engineering, School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Central South University, along with Ms.Xiao, Secretary of the First Party Branch, and Ms.Bai, Secretary of the Second Party Branch, led a group of teachers and students on a visit themed "Understanding the Industry, Connecting with the Future." Mr.Wang , Administrative Director of Jiudian Hongyang, and Mr.Cao, Deputy Minister of Human Resources, warmly received them on behalf of the company. The two sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics such as talent cultivation and industry-academia-research integration.

On December 30, Jiudian Production Center organized a practical anti-violence emergency drill aimed at strengthening the security defenses of the production facility, testing and optimizing the company's emergency response plan for violent incidents, and enhancing the real-time coordination and equipment usage skills of the "smallest combat unit" (four people). The drill focused on the full process of internal command, personnel evacuation, and external coordination following the activation of the "one-click alarm" system, and aimed at raising the emergency risk-awareness of key personnel at the gate.

On December 15, 2025, Mr. Lan, the Party Secretary of Nanjing Medical University, and Mr. Li, Chairman of Suzhou Yuanju Pharmaceutical, along with a delegation of over ten individuals, visited Jiudian Pharmaceutical to witness the official signing of the innovation drug project transfer agreement between Jiudian Pharmaceutical and Yuanju Pharmaceutical. According to the agreement, Jiudian Pharmaceutical will acquire global ownership and intellectual property rights of the small molecule pain relief innovation drug YJ2301 for a total amount not exceeding 400 million yuan.

Jiudian Pharmaceutical Successfully Holds the Fourth Session of the Fourth Employee Representative Congress

On December 10th, Jiudian Pharmaceutical successfully held the fourth session of the fourth Employee Representative Congress. The meeting was hosted by Ms. Liu, Chair of the Jiudian Pharmaceutical Trade Union, and took place in two locations, the Jiudian Headquarters and the Jiudian Production Center. The event was conducted in a hybrid format, combining both online and offline participation. A total of 95 employee representatives attended, fulfilling their democratic management responsibilities. During the session, the Employee Representative Directors of the fourth board of directors were elected, and 15 human resource management regulations were reviewed and passed unanimously. These measures aim to standardize labor management, safeguard employee rights, and lay a solid foundation for energizing the team.

On the morning of December 3rd, the 2025 "Jiudian Pharmaceutical Scholarship" award ceremony for the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Hunan Normal University (HNU) was held in the Chemistry Building. The ceremony was attended by Ms. Yang, Human Resources Director of Jiudian Pharmaceutical, Mr. Tan, Party Secretary of the College, Mr. Zhou, Deputy Party Secretary, Ms. Song, Associate Dean, along with other faculty members, and all the scholarship recipients.
