Abstract
On September 28th, the On-site QA Office of Jiudian Hongyang successfully held a team-building activity themed "United in Purpose, Sailing Toward Success; Quality as Priority, Achieving Excellence". Organized under the overall coordination of supervisor of the On-site QA Office and team leader, this activity aimed to strengthen the entire team's awareness of quality responsibility by conducting in-depth analysis of recent typical customer complaint cases, identify quality risk points in various production workshops, and enhance team collaboration capabilities. Its ultimate goal was to realize the objective of "promoting quality through unity and achieving excellence through win-win cooperation".

Breaking away from traditional entertainment-oriented formats, the first segment of this team-building activity adopted a pragmatic workshop model to conduct multi-dimensional analysis of recent abnormal quality incidents in the workshops. The analysis not only focused on the details of the incidents themselves but also comprehensively reconstructed the entire process of quality anomalies by integrating abnormal situation photos and on-site production conditions. Beyond superficial phenomena, the team delved deep into the root causes of the problems, verified the effectiveness of the formulated corrective and preventive measures, and ensured the implementation of rectification actions. Meanwhile, relevant QA staff were organized to put forward quality improvement proposals from multiple perspectives—such as product specificity and staff quality awareness—based on the actual conditions of the workshops they were responsible for. This full-participation model not only facilitated the pooling of ideas and insights but also strengthened the sense of responsibility of each team member.
After the analysis meeting, the team moved to Bajiazhai Ecological Farm. A relaxed and joyful barbecue dinner was held to enhance emotional communication among members. The organizers carefully designed games like "Pictionary" and "Broken Telephone"—activities that do not require strenuous exercise but demand a high level of coordination. These games integrated corporate culture with team collaboration, reinforcing employees' recognition of corporate values while they enjoyed themselves.
This team-building activity embodied the modern management concept of "integrating team building into work and work into team building". It not only addressed practical quality issues in daily work but also enhanced team cohesion in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, achieving a balance between work and life. In doing so, it injected new vitality into the company's quality management work.
