Abstract
On the afternoon of August 8th, the Human Resources Department of Jiudian Pharmaceutical organized a special training session on "Performance Interview Skills and Practical Employment Compliance" at the Jiudian Production Center. Focused on the theme of "Enhancing Management Efficiency and Consolidating the Compliance Defense Line", this training invited senior experts such as Dean Wang from the Liuyang Municipal Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Institute to give lectures. More than 50 participants attended the training, including middle-level and above managers from the Jiudian Production Center and all members of the Human Resources Department.

In the performance interview skills training session, the Director of System Planning of the Human Resources Department imparted professional knowledge and practical skills of performance interviews in a simple and in-depth manner through a combination of theoretical explanations and situational simulations. Starting with the functions and processes of performance interviews, the training pointed out that effective performance interviews can not only help employees grow, but also serve as an important defense line for improving team efficiency and preventing employment risks. It also focused on introducing the specific application of the "Hamburger Communication Principle", that is, how to make employees more receptive to performance feedback through the three-stage communication of "sincere praise - putting forward improvement points - ending with recognition and support".
After the performance interview training, regarding employee resignation management, the Human Resources Department emphasized the three-step principle for handling employee resignations, three response measures for situations where employees fail to submit resignation applications, as well as key points that the Human Resources Department and employing departments need to pay special attention to. It pointed out that all departments should be more sensitive in the process of handling resignation procedures; in case of special circumstances, they should report to superiors and inform the Human Resources Department in a timely manner, and show more humanistic care when dealing with employees.

In the training on practical enterprise employment compliance and risk avoidance, Dean Wang systematically explained core topics such as the establishment and termination of labor relations, probation management, special employment forms, work-related injury insurance system and non-compete obligations. He also conducted in-depth analysis of common high-frequency risk points and compliance paths for enterprises in the employment process through vivid cases. Dean Wang emphasized that enterprises must correctly handle the relationship among "emotion, reason and law": they should do things that are both reasonable and emotional on the premise of legality, make effective agreements based on legal provisions, and take people's concerns into account while solving problems.
This training has effectively improved the participants' compliance awareness and practical operation capabilities of managers, providing strong support for the company to standardize management and prevent risks.
