In order to help more than 30 new employees who recently joined the company quickly understand the corporate culture, adapt to the work environment, and increase their sense of belonging to the company, Jiudian Production Center conducted a new employee training on September 12th.

Mr.Tang Hongtao, director of the 303 workshop, explained the knowledge of preparation production in an easy-to-understand way, including the division of labor of each workshop, product introduction and relevant administrative regulations and policies, so that new employees had a comprehensive understanding of the preparation production process and company layout.
Ms.Tian Jiao, deputy director of on-site QA, gave a detailed explanation of the pharmaceutical GMP management specifications, and emphasized the core position of quality in the production process through rich graphic cases. She pointed out that pharmaceutical production must follow strict production specifications, and must ensured the quality and safety of drugs to protect the health of the public.
Ms.Deng Yin, deputy director of the Human Resources Department, shared his personal experience and vividly explained the company's core philosophy and corporate spirit to help new employees better understand and internalize the company's culture.
Ms.Huang Ren, head of the administrative department, conducted training on the employee evaluation system for the production center and emphasized the newly added laundry rules and regulations, pointing out that compliance with the rules and regulations is a basic duty that everyone should fulfill and is also a responsibility to themselves and the company.
Ms.Li Tong, the business supervisor of the Administration Department, conducted anti-fraud knowledge training, and raised the anti-fraud awareness of new employees with vivid explanations and relevant fraud movie clips.
Mr.Zhang Zhenying, the supervisor of the third process room, introduced the concept of TWI, the three tools of TWI-JI, the process and significance of the company's implementation of TWI, and demonstrated its practical application in improving work efficiency and reducing resource waste.
This training allowed new employees to further understand the company and fully understand the company's corporate culture and rules and regulations.
