On March 5th, Jiudian Pharmaceutical's Human Resources system conducted its March-themed training and team-building activity. Relevant personnel from the company's human resources system participated, strengthening their professional skills through learning and fostering team camaraderie through relaxed interaction.
This activity focused on enhancing professional capabilities and adopted a combined format of "themed training + team-building activities." The initial meeting session was chaired by Ms.Yang, Jiudian's Human Resources Director. She completed several agenda items, including monthly work summaries and plans, and sharing of annual plans, comprehensively outlining current work priorities and future development directions, thus laying a solid foundation for the themed training.

The core component of this event—a special training session on labor and employment legal risk prevention and control—was led by three instructors: Ms. Deng, Ms. Li, and Ms. Xiao. They used real-life cases and dissected the entire incident handling process to deeply analyze response strategies, operational procedures, and key risk control points in emergency situations. During the training, Director Yang also provided supplementary comments on each case, emphasizing key work points to ensure participants clearly grasped practical standards, further strengthening everyone's compliance awareness and clarifying the legal risk prevention and control requirements for the entire human resources work process.
