On February 10, 2026, the 25th Anniversary Celebration and 2026 Spring Festival Gala of Jiudian Pharmaceutical, themed "Twenty-Five Years of Transformation and Innovation, Jiudian's Promise for Health Embarks on a New Journey," was successfully held. This was not only a grand event for summarizing and looking ahead, but also a collective tribute to the spirit of hard work, a solemn inheritance of cultural heritage, and a bold departure towards the future.

The grand event commenced in a warm atmosphere. Mr. Yang, General Manager of Jiudian Pharmaceutical, delivered the "2025 Annual Business Report" on behalf of the management team. 2025 was a milestone year in the development of Jiudian Pharmaceutical. Against the backdrop of multiple challenges in the pharmaceutical industry, the company defied the trend, achieving continuous growth in business scale, steady improvement in innovation capabilities, expanding brand influence, and more standardized corporate governance.

Behind these achievements lies a vivid interpretation of the spirit of "dedication, innovation, and integrity" among all Jiudian employees, and the steady construction of a multi-channel collaborative and supportive structure encompassing hospitals, chain stores, e-commerce, and raw materials.

The heads of eight marketing teams—Jiudian Pharmacy, Business Cooperation Department, Medical Services Department, E-commerce Department, International Expansion Department, Raw Materials Department, OTC Department, and Clinical Services Department—led their core teams onto the stage with great enthusiasm. Facing company leaders and all colleagues, they raised their right fists and shouted out their respective teams' annual goals and battle pledges with thunderous force.

Every word was powerful and resounding; the battle flags waved like wildfire, igniting the passion and enthusiasm of the entire audience. Finally, led by company leaders, all the marketing personnel shouted the brand's strongest message in unison: "Apply plaster, switch to Jiudian!" The "flame," symbolizing the spirit of Jiudian and its bright future, was passed on under the enthusiastic gaze of over two thousand pairs of eyes in the venue. A spotlight followed the flame, seemingly illuminating Jiudian's 25-year development trajectory: this flame is the glimmer of its early days, the torch of its successful IPO, the spark of innovative breakthroughs, and, more importantly, the cultural soul passed down through generations.

The torches finally converged at the center of the stage, where the torchbearers jointly lit the cauldron. In an instant, a huge dynamic number "25" on the main screen burst into flames, dazzling and spectacular! The entire audience erupted in cheers! This blazing "25" is not only a condensation of past glories but also a guiding light for the journey ahead.

Twenty-five years of journey, a road fraught with difficulties and obstacles, yet we stood shoulder to shoulder, undeterred, and set off again, ready to embark on a new journey. As the solemn anniversary celebration came to a close, the lighthearted and joyful Spring Festival Gala immediately began, with the multi-talented staff of Jiudian presenting everyone with a spectacular audio-visual feast.

The dance "Jiudian Splendor: 25 Years of Glory" from the Jiudian Production Center opened the evening with a grand and majestic performance, painting a magnificent picture of the past 25 years. The musical drama "Mission as a Torch: The Road of Jiudian Hongyang" presented by Jiudian Hongyang vividly depicted the perseverance and hard work on the entrepreneurial journey. The song and dance recitation "The Story of Jiudian," jointly presented by Jiudian's functional departments and the Information Center, was like a time machine, bringing the evening into a deeply moving and respectful chapter. The skit "No Sincerity, No Search" from the Pharmaceutical Research Institute was hilarious, showcasing the witty and humorous side of researchers. The OTC Business Unit's "Apply Plaster, Exchange for Jiudian" was energetic and perfectly interpreted the brand's new proposition. The Pharmaceutical Research Institute's futuristic dance "Reaction Equation" was full of technological flair. Finally, Jiudian Hongyang's grand chorus "25 Years of Journey: Our Flame, Illuminating the World" powerfully proclaimed their ambition for international development. The final performance from the production center, "Umbrella: Nine Classics," conveyed a heartwarming sentiment of symbiosis: "You hold an umbrella for me, and I will strive for you."

Among the many wonderful programs, "The Origin of Origin: A Dream of Nine Classics in the Tang Dynasty," a collaboration between the Clinical Division and the Business Division, featured graceful dance moves that blended ancient and modern elements, showcasing the unique romance of pharmaceutical professionals and winning the first prize in the program.
