On 19^th July, JiuDian HongYang Labor Union held a retirement farewell ceremony for Tan Liping, an employee of the Administration Department, with the theme of "Grateful for having you along the way", in which Wang Qianzhi, vice-chairman of JiuDian HongYang Labor Union, and representatives of the labor union attended the ceremony.

Tan Liping joined JiuDian in August 2016 and has served in JiuDian and Hongyang Production Center. During the 6 years of security guard post in the administration department of Hongyang Production Center, he has never slacked off no matter it is cold winter or hot summer, day or night, and he has also given up the time to reunite with his family to be on duty for four Spring Festivals in the company. While conscientiously fulfilling his security duties, he treated every colleague and visitor warmly and kindly, making everyone feel warmth and respect. Chairman Wang reviewed Tan Liping's eight years of hard work in the company and presented him with a retirement gift, hoping that he would take care of his health, enjoy his retirement life and visit his "home" often.

Other participants in the ceremony also recalled the years they worked with Tan Liping, expressed the deep friendship forged by sharing weal and woe, and thanked him for setting a good example by working diligently at his job. Tan Liping said that the time he spent working at Hongyang was the most memorable experience in his life. Hongyang gave him enough care and respect. It was a great fortune to meet Hongyang and this group of lovely colleagues.

This retirement ceremony was the first time that the Hongyang Labor Union held such an event, which aimed to express the company and the labor union's recognition and affirmation of the retired employees' many years of work. Chairman Wang said that such activities will be carried out on a regular basis, and the labor union will spare no effort to implement the work of caring for employees, and be a reliable "mother-in-law" for employees, so that every employee can deeply feel the warmth and care of the organization!
