Joint Training Conducted by Three Workshops of Jiudian Production Center: Consolidating Foundations to Boost Quality and Efficiency

Abstract
On August 27th, to comprehensively enhance employees' overall competence and production efficiency, Workshop 300, Workshop 301, and Workshop 302 of Jiudian Production Center jointly organized an employee training session. The training covered multiple dimensions, including corporate culture, GMP knowledge, quality management, and work safety.

As a key part of the company's annual training plan, this session aimed to improve employees' professional capabilities and work ethics. It adopted a combination of methods such as thematic lectures, experience sharing, and on-site observation to ensure that employees firmly grasped the training content.
In the morning, Mr.Zhang, Director of Workshop 301 and Workshop 302, led employees to visit the company's exhibition hall while promoting corporate culture development. This helped employees understand the company's development history and gain an in-depth insight into its core values. Subsequently, Haidong, Supervisor of Workshop 302, and Pang, Supervisor of Workshop 301, delivered lectures on GMP basic knowledge and key points of microbial control respectively, strengthening employees' quality awareness. In the afternoon, Huang, Supervisor of the on-site QA Office, explained quality complaints, abnormal analysis, and 6S management in detail. Through real cases, she improved employees' problem-solving abilities and promoted the standardization of on-site workshop management.Mr. Chen, Supervisor of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, focused on safety knowledge and work-related injury prevention in the training, further enhancing employees' safety awareness and laying a solid foundation for building a safe and efficient production environment.
Notably, the symposium for team leaders and training instructors held in the evening was a highlight of this training. It built a platform for front-line managers to exchange experiences and solve problems. Through collective learning, employees not only improved their individual abilities but also strengthened team collaboration and innovative thinking.
After the training, employees all stated that they would transform the knowledge learned into practical results. They expressed the hope that the company would regularly carry out such activities in the future to create more opportunities for employees' growth.
