In the first half of 2024, the production department reasonably scheduled and organized production under the management of Mr. Lu, and completed the production plan with quality and quantity. Director Lu said that in the second half of the year, we will further follow up the optimization of production line capacity, push forward the construction of new workshop according to the plan, strengthen the quality control of the production process, optimize the product process, and carry out the compliance management to the end.

Zhou Zhuanqing, minister of the Quality Department, Yan Xiang, deputy minister, and Li Lifang, head of the fifth QC Office, reported in detail on the product quality control and on-site management of the production center, market complaints and consultations, CMO business, and variety registration and change filing. They said that they would continue to adhere to the "compliance and efficiency" management concept, focus on product quality management, actively cooperate with the workshop, and serve the production work.

Minister Xun reported on equipment, safety and environmental protection management, and process equipment optimization. He said that the main work in the second half of the year is to strengthen equipment optimization, promote natural gas boiler projects, and wastewater north and south comprehensive treatment projects, and strive to complete and put them into use before the end of the year.

Wu Shan, minister of the Logistics Department, mentioned in the report that the production center has completed the approval of the project report for the South District Intelligent Stereoscopic Warehouse, and plans to complete the acceptance before November 30, 2024.

Wang Dengxiu, Deputy minister of the Human Resources Department, and Chen Shanshan and Liu Juan, Deputy ministers of the Administration Department, reported on the human resources and administrative work of the production center in the first half of the year, stating that as the scale of the production center continues to expand, the Administration Department and the Human Resources Department will continue to provide employees with a good living guarantee, provide employees with broad career development paths, do a good job in corporate culture, and transform corporate culture into productivity.

He pointed out that the company is developing faster and faster, with more and more employees. In recent years, the number of employees in Jiudian Production Center has maintained an annual growth rate of more than 100 people.
